Roula has witnessed firsthand the frustration, misdiagnoses, and systemic gaslighting that chronic patients endure, having navigated these challenges alongside a close family member battling multiple autoimmune diseases. This experience fuels her mission to transform the patient journey from one of confusion and isolation to clarity and support. With two degrees in Computer Science from Yale University and years of engineering experience across both big tech and early-stage startups, Roula combines deep technical expertise with a relentless drive to create a platform that ensures patients feel seen, heard and understood.

Having spent years navigating the maze of the modern healthcare system in search of a root cause for his chronic pain, Ben understands the frustrations faced by patients with chronic conditions. He has a decade of experience in technology as a full stack software engineer and manager at both early-stage startups and large tech companies in highly regulated industries. Ben has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chris has more than 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, C-suite executive and financier, with an extensive background in founding, building, raising capital for and investing in high growth companies. Since 2013, he has focused exclusively on healthcare innovation. In this time, he has built three digital health startups and has assisted many other digital health companies to grow in his work as an operating partner, board member, Techstars mentor and senior advisor. He received an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University.

Sarah graduated from the London School of Economics with an MSc and PhD in behavioral science and health economics. She has led multinational research projects, including the EU-funded MonAMI telecare project for improving seniors' quality of life. At Wellth, she was the first product hire, serving as a senior PM and behavioral scientist to reduce avoidable inpatient and emergency department utilization. At 50 West, Sarah partners with digital health companies on products to drive uptake, engagement, and LTV, with a focus on chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, substance use disorder) and experience in mental health and healthcare logistics.
